A Great Place To Meet
St David’s Centre is a smart, newly-refurbished and well- equipped building suitable for all sorts of meetings and gatherings. The building has a main meeting-hall capable of seating up to 120 people, 3 smaller meeting-rooms for 8-30, a modern kitchen able to serve hot meals for up to 100 people, and excellent audio-visual facilities.
It was originally the local secondary school, and when that closed, it became the local authority Youth Centre. In 2002, St David’s Church bought it and in 2007-8 extensive work was undertaken, following the disastrous floods of 2007, to provide the facility as it is today.
