Mothers’ Union is a Christian organisation with more than 3.6 million members in 79 countries worldwide.
Members are committed in supporting marriage and family life and give generously of their time to help others both locally and globally. Work includes Literacy projects in Malawi, Sudan and Burundi. Relief funds provide for people and areas affected by disaster and locally run projects like the money advice service in Gloucestershire.
The Moreton branch of Mothers’ Union is nearly 68 years old founded on Lady Day (25th March) 1941. We are a friendly welcoming branch with 45 members and meet at the St David’s Centre on the 4th Thursday of the month for our meetings and also attend many other MU events.
