Transformation Pollsmoor represents the ministries of various Christian workers at Pollsmoor Medium A Juvenile Prison in South Africa. It is not an organisation but rather an inter-denominational group who are passionate about sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with spiritually-hungry young people at the prison.
We aim to do this through daily devotions, discipleship & Bible studygroups and one-to-one counselling and special programmes. We are also involved in family liaison and ex-prisoner follow-up.
